Please known that this is not commentary on your family's culinary skills, but is, instead commentary on my complete lack of knowledge about all things 'kitchen' (except cleaning and eating)...

What is Lyle removing from the oven? I seriously have no idea.

Your Valentine's brunch looks lovely, though! :~) All gushy love.

Awwwwww... much more organized than our frantic stop at Papa Murphy's for heart shaped pizza... I'm feeling like I need to step it up on the holidays...

I need that recipe too! I've never made them.

Hey, I missed this post! Lovely Eileen. You are so lucky that Lyle cooks. Did he make those german pancakes? I want the recipe as well!

Ist das eine pannekoeken? When I was a little girl we used to go to a dutch pancake house for special occasions and it was called the Pannekoeken Huis. They had those large puffy pancakes and would run them out to the table before they "deflated"....is that what Lyle is doing? If so, recipe please? :)

I just made German Pancakes this last week since seeing this post...and I was a little let down...they were definetely not as puffy as those! You really do need to post the recipe for all of us!
